Brand New 125cc Yamaha Motorcycle Won’t Exceed 85 m/h

I recently purchased a brand new 125cc Yamaha motorcycle, but it won’t go beyond 85 km/h. When I contacted the authorized service centers, they informed me that the motorcycle is designed to not exceed this speed and that this is how it was manufactured. However, I didn’t buy a cheap, low-quality bike—I bought a Yamaha, and I expect better performance. Yamaha needs to stand behind their product and address this issue.

"Still, no one is interested. I am calling and trying to get a response by force. They say they will call me back, but they don't. They said they forwarded it to the headquarters and that they would call me, they even gave me a date, but I was not called again. No one cares, I can't believe it. It has a name, but nothing else. Yamaha is finished for me. As someone who has directed many people to motorcycles in my circle, I will not recommend it to a single person, nor will I let anyone buy it."
