I purchased chips multiple times for the Yalla 101 game through Google, and all payments were made from my VakıfBank account. However, none of the chips I purchased were credited to my game account, even though the money was successfully deducted from my balance.
In particular, on November 14, 15, 18, 23, and 27, I made multiple transactions totaling approximately $952. I have complete bank records and transaction confirmations for all of these payments. Despite this, no chips were added to my account at any point.
After noticing the issue, I tried repeatedly to get help through customer support and in-app voice chat channels, but no one provided assistance. My requests received no clear response, no concrete explanation, and I was unable to directly reach anyone regarding the problem.
I am requesting that Yalla 101 and Google conduct a proper investigation into the transactions made on the dates listed above and either credit my account with the full amount of chips corresponding to these payments or, if that is not possible, refund the full amount of approximately $952 to me.
