Yalla 101 Okey Ignored My Proof of Payment and Delayed Refund
Even though I made a purchase using my credit card in the Yalla 101 Okey app, the game chips were not credited to my account. This issue has been ongoing for three days, and no chips have been added. The account ID related to the transaction is 172480508, and the transaction number is 096837.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Yalla 101 Okey support and explained the situation in detail. They asked me to provide a payment receipt, but since the charge was made by credit card, the bank does not issue a physical receipt—only a digital slip. I sent them a screenshot of this digital slip, yet my chips were still not credited, and the issue remains unresolved.
Later, I contacted them again via email. This time, they asked for my IBAN and full name, stating that a refund would be issued. Despite this, no refund has been credited to my account, and I have received no further updates or explanations.
I am requesting that either the purchased game chips be credited to my account as soon as possible, or that the promised refund be transferred to my IBAN without further delay. I also request that a faster and clearer resolution process be established for handling issues like this.
