Okey Yalla Permanently Bans My Device With No Explanation

July 6 1:03 AM

I was using my Samsung Galaxy A12 device to log into the Okey Yalla 101 app. About 4 days ago, for reasons I don't understand at all, my account was hit with a long-term ban lasting until 2036, and along with that, a permanent device ban was also applied to my phone. I already can't make sense of such a long account ban, but I find applying a permanent ban to my device even more unfair and unreasonable.
I can't find any customer service number or clear contact channel, either inside or outside the app. Since my account is banned, I can't even submit a support request through the app. Because of this, I have no way of communicating my issue, understanding the reason for this decision, or reporting a possible mistake to anyone in charge. My account ID is 121966889.
I'm requesting that the Okey Yalla 101 team completely remove the permanent device ban applied to my Samsung Galaxy A12, and that my account's status be thoroughly reviewed again. At the very least, I want my device made usable again, and I want a clear, transparent, and well-justified response from the team.
