Entertainer YALLA Promo Code Invalid For UAE 2027 Membership Discount
When attempting to use the advertised 25% discount on the Entertainer app for the UAE 2027 membership priced at 650 AED, the promo code “YALLA” repeatedly returns the error message “Promo code YALLA is not valid” at the payment stage, even though the campaign is clearly presented as active and available. This means the discount that is prominently advertised cannot actually be redeemed on the theentertainerme.com checkout page. Advertising offers and discounts that cannot be used raises serious concerns about the platform’s credibility and transparency toward its customers. Before publishing such campaigns, the Entertainer platform should make sure that all advertised offers are technically valid, active, and functioning properly so that users are not misled at checkout. Customer trust is not built on advertisements alone, but on credibility and on delivering what is promised. I therefore request that you urgently investigate why the 25% discount promo code “YALLA” shown in your app and on your website is rejected as “not valid” when trying to purchase the UAE 2027 membership for 650 AED, and that you either ensure the discount is correctly applied to my purchase or provide an equivalent practical solution. Situations like this negatively affect customers’ trust in the platform and their willingness to continue using it. I expect a clear explanation of the issue, confirmation of the corrective action taken, and a resolution that compensates for the unusable 25% discount rather than simply presenting a promotion that cannot be used.
