I have been charged for an astrology subscription in the Hint app that I never subscribed to or used, and I want this situation resolved urgently. Since February, I have been seeing a weekly charge of $29.99 linked to Apple Pay for an astrology service that appears under Hint, even though I have never knowingly started any subscription or used the astrology features. When I check my Apple ID subscriptions, there is no active subscription visible, so I am unable to cancel anything from my side. To try to protect myself, I removed the payment method from Apple Pay, so the recent charges are being declined. However, I am concerned that there is still some hidden or unauthorized subscription in the background and that I may continue to be at risk of further attempts to charge me. With this complaint, I request a full refund of all $29.99 weekly charges taken since February, the immediate cancellation of any existing or hidden subscription related to Hint and the astrology app, and a clear written explanation of how these charges could be made without any visible subscription or confirmed consent from me. I expect this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
