Xiaomi Robot Vacuum 2c Mop Cracked While Sweeping

Xiaomi robot vacuum 2c I bought it on 24.03.2023 from the Hepsiburada site, it cracked the mop while sweeping, we continued to use it, then it broke it completely. I sent the device to Istanbul service because of Mieko warranty and said that the broken mop was customer error. He asked for 850 TL fee. Although Xiaomi customer service said that it would make a free replacement, the old mop came back, after it came, we realized that it did not charge 100/100, now it is constantly charging but not fully charging. Whatever happened in the service, they completely broke the device, I regret sending it, now I will complain to the service and the company to the Consumer Court because the Xiaomi company, which seems corporate, is not even interested in the guaranteed device because they have broken my device thoroughly, I want this device to be replaced with zero.
