They still won't fix my laptop, even though everyone else with the same model has had the same problem. The manufacturer is obviously at fault because this flaw has been reported by a large number of users online. This is obviously a major problem since resale sites have hundreds of listings for defective equipment. However, the business is adamant that it is no longer covered by warranty and is avoiding liability. They just act like it's not their responsibility and won't fix it instead of admitting they have bad quality control. I'll think twice before purchasing anything from that brand again after seeing how they disregard such a glaring product defect.
