Masterredu AI Charged 599 for Unauthorized Subscription

I recently discovered that an automatic subscription payment of 599 was set up for Masterredu AI, with the first charge taken on 26 September 2026. I did not intend to continue with this subscription and I do not want any further payments to be taken from my account. I also did not knowingly approve or consent to this ongoing subscription. I kindly request that my subscription with Masterredu AI be cancelled immediately and that all future automatic payments and renewals be stopped without any further charges. In addition, I request a full refund of the 599 amount that has already been charged, as I did not knowingly agree to this subscription. I also request written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled, that my refund has been processed, and that no further payments will be taken from my card or account.
