Umingle Underage Ban Applied to 21 Year Old User

Today my Umingel account was suddenly banned with the notice that I am underage. However, I am 21 years old and when I created my account I entered my age as 21. I do not understand why I was banned for being under 18 even though I am over 18 and entered my correct age. I did not receive any clear explanation apart from the “under age” reason. I request that my account be reviewed again, my age be verified if necessary, and my account be unbanned so that I can continue using the platform.
