Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G Chronic Overheating and Battery Defect

I have been experiencing serious overheating and battery consumption issues with my Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 4G model phone for approximately 7 months. Despite not playing games, disabling all notifications, and using the device in battery saver mode, the battery drops by 30–50% overnight, and I find the device hot in the morning. It also overheats while charging, and even when carried in my pocket, it remains warm. Over time, the fast-charging duration has noticeably increased. My device is under warranty until March 19, 2026. During this period, I have sent it to the authorized service center three times. In the first service request, the battery was replaced and the software was updated, but the issues persisted. In the second request, the motherboard was replaced, yet the problem remained unresolved. I then contacted Xiaomi’s General Directorate and was redirected to the same service center again. Since July 29, my device has been at the service center, and on September 24, I received a message stating that “no fault was found.” No documents or forms were provided regarding the procedures performed. Additionally, I was informed by KVK that if a replacement or refund request is made to the manufacturer, the cost of the product is charged to the service center, which is why no such request was initiated. This explanation has further increased my frustration. Under similar usage conditions and with similar apps, I do not experience such heating or battery issues with my older backup phone (Oppo Reno4). Likewise, my wife and son’s phones from other brands do not lose this much charge overnight. This clearly indicates that the issue stems from the device itself, and I believe it is a chronic problem. Despite the motherboard and battery being replaced, the same problems persist. Why am I constantly being redirected to repair services despite all this? Dear Xiaomi, if you are selling this product, please stand behind it and do not subject your customers to financial and emotional distress. I no longer accept repair promises—I demand a replacement or a refund. My device is still at the service center, and I will not retrieve it until a replacement is provided. My service form number is: 2502479237. I kindly request Xiaomi and the authorized service centers to take my grievance seriously and resolve this issue.
