Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Not Recognizing Voice Typing, Keep Switching On and Off

What is wrong with this phone? maybe I waste my time here, just apply for court...I recently bought a Redmi 10 and use it regularly. My keyboard keeps turning on its own, continually searching the options menu for a solution, the problem persists. This is confusing, especially because my Redmi 7 experience was flawless. Another issue is that the device doesn't recognize my voice typing yet I regularly install updates, the situation hasn't improved. Again another stark contrast between my flawless Redmi 7 experience and the present troubles with the Redmi 10...Aren't these from the same company? They should make the next better than the previous, not worsen it...
