They Ask for a Lot When They Did Nothing to Fix Xiaomi Redmi 9

So, here's the deal. I sent my Xiaomi Redmi 9, not the Pro version, for repairs to byfixbilisim.com.tr. They hit me up with a whopping 2800TL repair bill, which I flat out rejected. I told them to just send my device back to me. Lo and behold, they did send it back, but then they slapped me with a 750TL bill. Like, what the heck, my device wasn't even fixed, so where's this 750TL coming from, right? I raised a fuss, obviously. And guess what? They're throwing these sketchy answers at me. Apparently, they're saying they charge this fee for every device that comes into their service. (Oh, and they even had the audacity to tack on an extra 80TL for shipping.) Seriously, what a mess.
