Easy Cep assigned a value to my old phone, which I accepted, and as part of the trade-in campaign on Mi.com, I was informed that I would receive a 3,000 TL coupon that I could use on future purchases. However, I later discovered—when I tried to use the coupon in the last week of December—that this coupon is only valid for phones and tablets. During the campaign, the coupon was presented as a general discount usable on my future shopping, and there was no clear indication that it would be restricted to specific categories, which makes me feel misled. I contacted customer service multiple times via email, but I was only told repeatedly that the coupon is limited to phones and tablets, and no alternative solution or expansion of the coupon’s scope was offered. I am requesting that the 3,000 TL coupon applied to my Mi.com order number 5251**********59 be adjusted to be valid on all products, as it was described during the campaign.
