Xena Support Ignored My Missing $50 Payment and Device Ban Issue
On 10/16/2026 at 6:52 PM, I deposited $50 into the Xena app, but the funds were never credited to my account. My account ID number is 20349994. Regarding this issue, I first contacted a representative named A**** and later spoke multiple times with customer support agents through the live support section. I was repeatedly told that they would “look into it,” but no real or concrete solution was ever provided.
After being delayed and ignored for two days, my account was suddenly banned without any explanation. In order to explain the situation and try to recover my money, I logged in using different accounts and contacted support again, but this time my device was also banned. Throughout this entire process, the money was never added to my account, and I was never given any clear or transparent explanation.
I absolutely do not accept the banning of both my account and my device without any stated rule violation, especially while also being denied access to the $50 I deposited. I demand that Xena issue a full refund of my $50 deposit immediately.
