Xena Live Ban Appeal – Account Disabled During Normal Gameplay

I am an active Xena Live user on Android, and my account with ID 25719826 was banned on April 6, 2024, while I was simply playing the game as usual.
I have spent money in the app and purchased coins specifically to play, and I have only used my account for normal gameplay.
I did not receive any warning or notification about suspicious activity or rule violations prior to the ban, and I have not been given any clear explanation for this action.
I have also been unable to reach customer support regarding this issue so far.
I request that my account be urgently reviewed, that the unjust ban on my account ID 25719826 be lifted, and if a mistake has been made, that my access and purchased coins be fully restored.
I also kindly ask for a clear explanation of the reason for the ban, if there is one, so I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
