My Xena Live Account Was Banned Without Reason
I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my Xena Live account on 2 April, which I believe was done without any valid reason. I had arranged a recharge through a coin seller and paid a total of ₹115 via Paytm, but the seller did not add the coins to my account and, shortly after this, my account was banned. In this situation I have lost both my money and access to my Xena Live account, even though I did not receive any recharge at all. I use Xena Live from Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh, and I contacted your support about this issue, but I have not received any helpful response so far. I am very disappointed that my account has been banned even though I have not violated any rules to my knowledge. I request that my Xena Live account be unbanned and that my case be properly investigated. In addition, I ask for my ₹115 payment to be refunded or the corresponding coins to be credited to my account, since I did not receive the service I paid for. I kindly ask you to review my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
