I Got Device Banned on Xena Live Without Reason

I’ve been using Xena Live for a long time and never had any issues—until now. Out of nowhere, I was hit with a device ban. I have no idea what I did wrong. I didn’t receive a warning, a notification, or any explanation. My user ID is 5531811. I’ve followed the rules, harmed no one, and now I’m completely blocked from the app for no reason.
This is completely unfair and feels like punishment without cause. I’m not new to this platform—I’ve been part of this community and never violated any guidelines. I’m asking the Xena Live team to take this seriously and remove the device ban immediately. It’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like this after spending so much time and energy on this app. Please fix this now—this kind of treatment is unacceptable.
