I Face Unfair Ban on Xena App for “Advertisement” Without Any Violation

I was using my account for free on the Xena app under the username “Demet.” However, when I tried to log in today, I received a warning saying that my account had been banned for “containing advertisements.” I never shared or posted any advertisements. The only thing that happened was a friend told me that our agency owner had accused me of it — but I did not violate any rules.

Having my account permanently banned without any warning or notification has caused me serious inconvenience. I’m requesting that my account be reactivated and that this issue be reviewed in detail. I haven’t yet contacted customer service. I’m using a Redmi 10C phone.

I would appreciate a prompt response and resolution to this matter.
