I Can’t Log Into Fortnite After Linking My Xbox Account to My Epic Games Profile

I originally played Fortnite using my main Epic Games account, and everything worked fine. At one point, I logged out of that account. Later, I decided to sign in using my old Xbox account, which was previously connected to Epic Games.

But ever since I logged in with Xbox, I’ve been completely locked out of my original Epic Games account. Every time I try to re-access Fortnite, it just shows the “Sign in with Epic Games” option — but clicking it does nothing. It simply fails to log me in, no error message, no redirect. As a result, I’ve been unable to access Fortnite for over 1–2 months now.

I’ve tried multiple times to troubleshoot it myself, but the issue persists. It feels like the Epic Games account is stuck in a limbo between login methods. I haven’t received any support or explanation.

I’m asking Epic Games to resolve this login issue immediately, allow me to access my original Fortnite account, and explain why this problem occurs after linking an Xbox profile. No player should be locked out of a game for months due to account conflicts.
