I Got Charged Twice for Ww IQ Test

I took an IQ test on the Ww IQ Test website (https://tr.wwiqtest.com) and expected to pay the clearly stated fee of ₺299 shown at the payment screen. However, to my shock and frustration, my account was charged ₺599 more at the same time—without any warning, explanation, or authorization. That means I was charged a total of ₺898 for a simple test that was supposed to cost less than half that amount!

This is absolutely unacceptable. I did not receive any service or benefit in return for the extra ₺599 they took from me. There was no breakdown or secondary confirmation screen explaining why this extra charge was applied. It feels deceptive and leaves me feeling cheated and angry.

I am demanding an immediate refund of the ₺599 that was taken without my permission. If this isn’t resolved promptly, I’ll escalate this matter further. Ww IQ Test needs to fix this billing issue now and stop taking unauthorized payments from users. I strongly urge anyone thinking of using this site to double-check their bank statements—you may have been charged extra too.
