The infrastructure of Wix.com is a Shame

Thank you.

I chose Wix to make my website, bought Premium features, and put the site online. But my site stopped working because the infrastructure was a mess and had many problems. I contacted their customer service, and they said it was a problem with the global transfer, but I haven't heard back yet. I filed a similar complaint before, and while it was fixed in one way, it keeps coming back in another way, which is confusing and frustrating. The premium features were supposed to make my site better, but they seem to have done the opposite. I want Wix to fix these ongoing problems as soon as possible because they are hurting my online presence.
