If Wisey auto-renewed your subscription without notice,

Cancel immediately to stop future charges;

• Go to:
– Wisey account → Subscription → Cancel
– Or App Store / Google Play → Subscriptions

• Important:
– Auto-renew is enabled by default
– Canceling now prevents the next charge

Gather strong evidence;

• Collect:
– Bank statement showing the renewal
– Proof you didn’t receive a reminder (no email, etc.)
– Screenshot of subscription terms (if unclear)

• Why:
– You’ll need this for refund or dispute
