A common fix is to force-stop the app, update to the latest version, clear its cache (or reinstall it), and restart your device, which often stabilizes crashes and improves content loading.

Also make sure you’re logged into your Wiser account, because progress is only securely saved and synced across devices when you’re logged in with your email and have an active subscription.

Using the app without logging in can cause local progress to disappear if the app closes unexpectedly.
