Wise Account Deposit Error - Money Disappeared, No Reversal Yet
I just opened a Wise account and made my first deposit. Unfortunately, because of incomplete details, the transaction had to be canceled. Even though the event was canceled, the refund has not been processed to my account. Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my refund?
The funds were taken from my account right away when I started the transaction. However, after canceling, I noticed that the reversal process is taking an unusually long time.
