Vise Belgium Closed My Account With €810 Balance and Has Not Refunded My Money
On Wednesday, September 10, my Vise Belgium account was suddenly closed while it still contained approximately €810. After my account was closed, I was asked to provide another account number and was told that my money would be refunded within three business days. However, despite the time that has passed, the money has not yet reached my account. I sent multiple emails, but I only received automated replies saying, “we will inform you within thirty days,” without any further explanation. I was not given any reason why my account was closed or why the refund has been delayed. This situation has caused me great distress, especially since my rent money was in this account and I have been unable to pay it. I urgently request that my money be refunded immediately.
