I made a booking with Winji for a Gulf Air flight under booking reference wCEIBL. However, this booking was cancelled on 22/3 without any request or action from my side. The cancellation was initiated from your side, not mine, and because of this I have been waiting for my money to be returned ever since.
The total amount I paid for this reservation was 1065, and I am requesting a full refund of this amount.
After the cancellation, I contacted Gulf Air directly to understand the status of the refund. They informed me that I must follow up with Winji regarding the refund because the booking and payment were processed through your platform.
Unfortunately, despite my efforts to contact your customer service team, I have not received any meaningful response, update, or clear solution regarding my refund. The lack of communication and support has become extremely frustrating, especially since the cancellation was not caused by me.
I kindly request that Winji urgently process and return the full refund amount of 1065 for the cancelled booking reference wCEIBL. I also request a clear written response explaining the current status of my refund and when I can expect the payment to be returned.
