Air Arabia Flight Booking Not Confirmed After Tamara Payment

I purchased a ticket today for the Air Arabia flight from Borg El Arab to Abu Dhabi, scheduled to depart around 10:00, and paid through Tamara. The first payment of 928 AED was successfully deducted from my credit card, but I did not receive any PNR or booking confirmation. When I contacted Air Arabia, they confirmed that there is no booking under my details, even though the payment has already been taken. At the moment I am in a very difficult situation, because I needed to travel on this flight today and I have paid but have no valid ticket. I expect this issue to be handled urgently, either by immediately issuing my ticket for the same flight/route under the conditions I paid for, or by providing a full refund of the 928 AED first payment back to my card without any deductions or delay. I request that this matter be investigated quickly between Air Arabia and Tamara, my payment and transaction be traced, and I be informed clearly in writing about the outcome and the action taken.
