I can no longer access my WhatsApp account, and the only message I receive is: “This account is no longer allowed to use WhatsApp due to spam.” I have no idea what triggered this. I’ve done absolutely nothing that could be considered spam, and yet my account was suddenly and unfairly shut down.

This isn't just inconvenient—it has put me in a seriously difficult position. I work as a student coach and manage all of my sessions, group communications, and client updates entirely through WhatsApp. With no prior warning or explanation, you've taken away my ability to operate my business. I’ve lost contact with clients, missed important messages, and now face real financial and professional harm.

I demand that WhatsApp restore my account immediately and provide a clear explanation for this unjust ban. If this issue is not resolved right away, I will be forced to pursue legal action. This careless handling of user accounts is unacceptable, and I’m holding WhatsApp fully responsible for the damage caused.

Please fix this error without delay and reinstate my access now. I’m currently facing serious hardship due to your platform’s automated and unaccountable decisions.
