WhatsApp Stuck on Loading Screen on My Vivo V40

I use a Vivo V40 smartphone and since today I have been unable to open the WhatsApp application. When I tap on WhatsApp, the application does not open properly and stays on a continuous loading screen without progressing further. Because of this problem I cannot read or send any messages and my communication is seriously disrupted. I have not yet contacted WhatsApp support; I am first sharing the situation here so that it can be examined and solved. I request that the cause of this loading problem be investigated, that my account and application be checked, and that WhatsApp be made usable again on my device as soon as possible. I also request that I be informed about the reason for this issue and the solution applied.
