I urgently need to access my WhatsApp account, but I keep getting an error message saying, “You need to use the official WhatsApp app to log in,” even though I already have the official app installed and updated on my phone.

This issue is preventing me from accessing critical conversations. I’ve tried restarting my device and reinstalling WhatsApp, but nothing works—it keeps giving me the same message. I’m using the app exactly as intended, yet I’m completely locked out. This problem needs to be addressed immediately. Please fix this login bug and allow me to access my account. I have no time to waste.
