WePlay Account Review Requested After Permanent Ban on Rohan ID

I am writing regarding a WePlay account with Rohan ID that has been permanently banned. I am from the United States, and I would like this ban to be reviewed and lifted. The ban happened after a fight started by the person on the other side. I had taken this player for granted, and a conflict occurred during the game, after which the account was permanently banned. I believe this decision is unfair because the situation was not started by me, and I would like the account to be checked in detail, including chat and match history. I kindly request that you review this ban once more, reconsider the decision, and unban the Rohan account so it can be used again.
