WePlay Account Permanently Banned Without Any Valid Reason

My game account, which I use through the Play Store in India, has been permanently banned today without any valid reason. The account is linked to my mobile number and my in‑game ID is WePlay 56838***. At the time of the ban, I was only in the lobby/lock room listening to songs and not doing anything that could violate the game rules. I have not received any clear explanation or proof about why this permanent ban was applied, and I believe it is a mistake. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, the unjust permanent ban removed, and my full access to the game restored. I would like to continue playing fairly on my original account that is connected to my mobile number.
