WePlay Account Permanently Banned – Appeal for Account Recovery

My WePlay account with the in‑game ID 196722*** has been permanently banned. On 9 July I saw that my account and device were permanently banned, but later I also received a message stating that I was not banned, which has made the situation very confusing for me. The ban message on the screen says that my account was blocked for violating community rules. I have not knowingly broken any rules, used cheats or third‑party software, or done anything that I believe could justify a permanent ban. I have also not contacted WePlay support before this because I do not understand why this decision was taken. I kindly request that my account and device ban be reviewed in detail and that I be informed clearly of the exact reason for the ban. If there has been a mistake, I ask that my account and device ban be removed and that I be allowed to access my account again.
