WePlay Account Compromised After Hack — Request Refund for Purchases

In the WePlay game, my account with the username “savcı” and ID: 82475801 was accessed without my authorization about a year ago, and since then, the account has been taken over by another person. After this incident, I completely lost access to my account. Because of this unauthorized intrusion and the toxic in-game environment, I decided to stop playing.
Over time, I had spent approximately ₺22,000 on this account using both bank card and mobile billing methods. I contacted WePlay customer service to report the issue, but no effective solution was provided, and I was redirected here instead.
I request the refund of my lost balance and immediate assistance in resolving this issue.
