WePlay 7-Day Ban Ended but Account Still Locked

My WePlay account with the username “GodKartik”, which is linked to my Facebook login, was banned for 7 days from 14 September 2026 to 21 September 2026 with the explanation that it violated community rules. After the ban period ended on 21 September 2026, my account still does not log in and I cannot access it, even though the unban date has passed. I find this situation unfair because the 7‑day punishment period is already over but my access has not been restored, and I have not received any clear explanation about an extension or a permanent ban. I would like my account to be checked urgently and the login issue to be resolved without me losing my in‑game progress. I kindly request that my account be unbanned without further delay and that my access be restored as soon as possible.
