I Got Banned from WePlay Without Any Reason and Can’t Access My Account

I have been a loyal WePlay user for two years, and today, out of nowhere, I was banned from the platform. I have no idea why this happened. I received no warning, no explanation — absolutely nothing. I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed with how this situation is being handled.
This is completely unfair. I was planning to play with my friend today, but instead, I found myself locked out of my account with no way to fix it. Just like you were able to correct my e-Okul account before, I’m asking you to fix this mistake urgently as well.
This ban is ruining my experience and trust in WePlay. I expect immediate action to restore my account and provide a clear explanation for what happened. Please take this seriously and solve the problem now — I shouldn't have to lose my account over something I didn’t even do!
