I Got an Unfair Device Ban on WePlay and Urgently Need It Lifted – ID 67171843
My WePlay account (ID: 67171843) has been hit with a device ban, and I have no idea why. I’m requesting urgent action to lift this unfair restriction. I didn’t violate any rules. In fact, I was at work yesterday and simply messaged a female friend to let her know I’d respond later. That’s it. I didn’t use offensive language or engage in inappropriate behavior.
When I logged back into the app today, I was shocked to find out my device had been banned. I’m extremely frustrated and confused—why was I punished for a completely harmless message? I don’t even know who reported me or triggered the ban, but this needs to be reviewed.
I demand that WePlay lift the device ban on my account immediately. If someone else falsely flagged me, then their account and device should be reviewed instead. Please investigate this issue fairly and restore my access as soon as possible. I expect a fast and fair resolution.
