Forgot Wargaming.net Password, Account Banned After "Hacked" Report

I completely blanked on my Wargaming.net account password and, in a moment of sheer panic, went ahead and reported it as "hacked." So, get this, when I finally remembered my password and went to log in, guess what? My account had been banned. Can you believe it? I reached out to the support team multiple times, but unfortunately, they provided me with generic responses that were difficult for me to comprehend. Even though I asked for a refund for the money I put in, they still said no. If this problem isn't resolved here, I will take further action to get my money back by contacting consumer protection agencies.
