Waplog Banned My Account Suddenly

On 21 May 2026, my Waplog account was suddenly banned with a notice that I had violated the Terms of Service, specifically item number 5. I was very surprised by this action, as I am not aware of committing any behaviour that would justify such a violation. I use Waplog from Nigeria and had been using my account in good faith and in accordance with the community rules as I understand them. After the ban, I tried to find a way to contact Waplog, but I could not see any support navigation or clear contact information or email address within the application. Because of this, I have had no opportunity to explain my situation or to learn exactly what I am accused of doing wrong. I kindly request that my account be reactivated and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of which specific actions allegedly violated term number 5 of your Terms of Service. I want to be sure I understand your rules correctly so that I can continue to use the platform in full compliance.
