Waplog Support Not Responding to Account Ban Appeal

I have been using Waplog as a regular user under the username “Jolly,” and today at around 1:00 PM my account was suddenly banned with a notice stating that I violated rule item 5. I do not know what specific action was considered a violation, and I am not aware of doing anything against the platform’s rules. This situation is both confusing and upsetting.
After seeing the ban, I immediately contacted Waplog support via email to request clarification and assistance, but I have not received any response so far. Since I value my account and want to continue using the platform in compliance with its rules, I would like this issue to be reviewed thoroughly.
I respectfully request that my account be reactivated and that I be provided with a clear and detailed explanation of what exactly led to the violation notice under item 5, so that I can avoid any similar issues in the future.
