Waplog Account Banned Without Explanation - Reactivation Request

I am writing regarding the sudden ban of my main Waplog app account, which is registered with the email address adedapob***[email protected]. I used to access my account from an iPhone in Nigeria, and around May or June last year I discovered that my account had been banned. When I tried to log in, I saw that the reason was listed as a violation of terms, but I was not given any clear explanation of what I supposedly did wrong. I do not knowingly violate platform rules, and I was not using any paid features or memberships on the account. Since the ban, I have not been able to access my account at all, and I still do not understand the specific reason for this action. I did not contact Waplog support earlier because I did not know how to reach you about this issue. Now I kindly request that my banned account be reviewed and fully reactivated, or that I am at least provided with a detailed explanation of the alleged violation so that this situation can be resolved fairly.
