Please Unblock My Waplog Account

I have been using the Waplog Android mobile application for a long time and my account was suddenly banned around 4–5 months ago without any prior warning or clear explanation. I did not receive any specific notification about a violation or any detail about the reason for this ban. Since then, I have tried to contact Waplog support to understand why my account was banned and to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication and explanation is very upsetting and makes it impossible for me to defend myself or correct any possible misunderstanding. I kindly request that my Waplog account be unbanned as soon as possible, or that I am provided with a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for the ban so that this situation can be resolved fairly.
