Waplog Account Unban Request

I am an Android user of the Waplog application, and my account was blocked about one week ago. When I try to log in, the screen simply shows that my account is blocked, and I cannot access it at all. I have tried to contact Waplog support about this situation, but so far, I have not received any response or explanation regarding the reason for the blocking. This situation is very inconvenient for me because I was actively using the account. I kindly request that my Waplog account be reopened and that I be informed clearly about the reason for the blocking, if any specific reason exists.
