I Face Waplog Ban Issue and Need Account Review
Yesterday evening, my account on the Waplog Android application was suddenly banned, and since then I have been unable to access it. The only information I received was a notification saying that I was banned for violating the terms of service, but it did not explain which rule I supposedly broke or what action led to this decision.
I do not have any paid subscription or in-app purchases connected to my account. I also could not find any clear support channel within the app to contact Waplog directly, so I have not been able to submit an appeal or get any clarification about this ban.
I kindly request a detailed explanation of the reason for the ban and a full review of my account. If there is no clear and justified violation, I ask that my Waplog account be reactivated as soon as possible.
