Waplog Account Banned Without Warning On Samsung S20 Ultra

I have been using the Waplog application for months on my Samsung S20 Ultra, which I downloaded from the Google Play Store, and today my account suddenly stopped working and appears to be banned. I did not receive any prior warning, explanation, or notification about this situation, and I was not informed of any reason for the ban. I contacted the relevant support channels but so far I have not received any response or clarification about why my account was banned. I do not know which rule I allegedly violated and I am unable to access my account. I kindly request that my Waplog account be reviewed in detail, that I be informed clearly of the reason for the ban, and that my account be reactivated if there has been a mistake or misunderstanding.
