I Face a Year-Long Waplog Account Ban Without Any Explanation

I have been using the Waplog application on my Oppo phone for a long time and all of my accounts on the platform have been banned for almost a year. I was not given a clear explanation or justification for this ban, and I cannot access any of my accounts. After my accounts were banned, I contacted Waplog support and requested help, but I have not received any response so far. Being banned on all accounts without information and not receiving any feedback despite my attempts to reach support is very upsetting and unfair to me. I kindly request that my banned Waplog accounts be reopened and that my access to the application be restored. I would also like to be informed clearly about the reason for the ban, if possible.
