Waplog Account Banned Without Reason And Messaging Not Working

I have been using Waplog for about one month on my Tecno (Android) phone, and for the last 2 days, I have not been able to send any messages. When I try to text, the application shows that I am banned and does not allow me to message. I have tried to contact Waplog support about this situation, but I have not been able to reach them or get any help. I do not have any active subscription on the app. I was simply using my account normally, and I was not informed in advance about any violation or reason for a ban. I kindly request that my Waplog account be reviewed and that the ban be lifted so that I can get my account back and use messaging again, or that I be clearly informed about the exact reason for this ban if it is not going to be removed.
