Wander Prints Order Not Shipped and No Tracking Number

I placed an order with Wander Prints last week for a nightgown and was charged a total of $60. From the beginning, I believe I was charged incorrectly, and since then, I have never received a tracking number or any clear information about my order. I have been trying to reach Wonder Prints for about a week to get help and request a refund, but nobody is helping me, and I have not received any solution or clear response. I cannot afford to lose this money or to join any kind of membership, and I feel I have been treated unfairly throughout this process. I am requesting an immediate full refund of the $60 I paid, returned to my original method of payment, as I never received proper information about my order or a tracking number.
