I requested a return for a faux fur animal-print item I purchased from Zara, and I was explicitly informed that my return had been approved and that a refund of approximately $70 would be issued to me. Despite this, my money has not been refunded for a long time, and I am being inconvenienced.
I was contacted by Zara’s customer support team over the phone, where they apologized multiple times for the issue and assured me that my refund would be processed. However, despite these assurances and apologies, no payment has been reflected in my account. The fact that my return was approved and I was promised a refund, yet the process remains unresolved, has seriously damaged my trust and left me feeling wronged.
Additionally, I have contacted Zara multiple times through live chat and WhatsApp support, but my issue has still not been resolved, and the refund amount of $70 has not been paid. This process has caused me both financial and emotional distress, and I feel extremely frustrated by the situation.
I request that my refund be issued to me immediately, that my grievance be resolved, and that I be provided with a clear explanation for the delay. I also want to formally state that I am filing a complaint regarding Zara’s handling of this matter.
